I currently own my own company, Nutrition Force, LLC and teach nutrition classes at Ferris State University. I also have a Master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from Iowa State University and am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I love cooking, baking breads, running, and reading. I have had stomach and GI issues most of my life, but they really started getting bad within the last few years. My allergy doctor recommended I start a low FODMAP diet to try and determine the culprit of my intestinal discomfort. It has been helpful that I enjoy cooking, while trying to follow this diet.
